Health Placement Difficulties – I have a concern about the delivery of care, what should I do?
For all Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Programmes
In the first instance please speak with your Practice Supervisor/ Practice Assessor/ Ward Manager or Practice Educator within your placement area. Most concerns are dealt with and resolved at this stage. Your personal tutor is available to help with any issues that arise throughout the course of your studies.
If you have concerns about the delivery of care, please refer to the Raising Concerns Toolkit on Blackboard in order raise the issue immediately within your placement area.
