FAQ 841
Placement Evaluation – Is the placement evaluation confidential?

For all Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Programmes

Placement feedback is shared with our NHS and non-NHS placement providers normally with a 3-month delay to practice areas.

Placement feedback is an essential part of the placement feedback process and enables USW and placement providers to:

- explore challenging issues e.g., those relating to professionalism and safeguarding.

- to celebrate success and best practice e.g., practice staff who have delivered outstanding support to students.

Please note: That the evaluation forms should always be completed in a professional manner and concerns and issues should ideally be raised within the placement duration with your supervisor or personal tutor.

Guidance for Raising Concerns can be accessed within the Blackboard organisation Health Practice Placements.
