For students studying Nursing
You are welcome to submit a specific placement request throughout your course and where possible we will endeavour to accommodate your request. Your request needs to be submitted 12 weeks in advance of the placement commencement date. However, due to the number of placements available at any one time we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate all placement requests.
Please be aware that we will not accept requests for the first year of your course and can only accept one request for the second year of your course and one request for your third year (this is usually your consolidation request if you wish to make one).

For students studying Midwifery
To ensure that all students have the required placement experience requests are not able to be made for placements apart from the elective placement at the end of your course.
For students studying Occupational Therapy
You are welcome to submit a request however the allocation of placements will be based on your learning needs and as such this will need to be considered alongside placement availability.
For Students studying Operating Department Practice
Requests for specific placements are not accepted as placement allocation is pre-planned to ensure there is parity of experience.
For students studying Physiotherapy
You are welcome to submit a request however the allocation of placements will be based on your learning needs and as such this will need to be considered alongside placement availability.
