How do I request a tuition fee refund?
All refund requests must be made to refunds@southwales.ac.uk, with evidence of your original receipt attached. Refunds will only be paid to the original payer, via the original payment method as per the University Refund Policy and Anti Money Laundering and Fraud regulations.
