I am having difficulties enrolling (UK students)

If you are a returning student and have completed resit exams or retrieval coursework you will be able to enrol after your official results have been released. Visit the Results Service to view your results. If you have received your results and you are eligible to, enrol here.

If there is an outstanding amount due for payment, get in touch with the Revenue office by raising a new enquiry, or make a payment online. If you have made a payment through a third party, e.g. World Pay, WPM, there may be a 4-5 day delay.

Make sure your IT account is active – if you can log into UniLife, then it is. If your account is disabled, further information is available here.
