When will I hear the outcome of my extenuating circumstances application?
If the claim is considered straightforward, you should receive an outcome within 5 working days of the date that you submitted the completed form to your campus Advice Zone.
Complex claims are referred to an Extenuating Circumstances Panel. The Panel meets once a week. You should receive an outcome within 5 working days of the Panel’s decision.
