How do I access my extenuating circumstances claim form?
First you need to request the form, which can be done here: How can I apply for Extenuating Circumstances?
Within 5 days of your request an email will be sent to your USW student email account saying that the form is ready. In Advice Zone Online, select 'Questions -> My Questions' and find 'Extenuating Circumstances Form Provided'.
