What can I do if I’m concerned about my mental wellbeing?

The Wellbeing website is a good place to start. You can find information about the service, self-help resources, urgent help information, and resources to help you manage your mental wellbeing. 

If you would like to talk to someone, Wellbeing Advice Appointments are 45-minute sessions conducted via telephone or Microsoft Teams and can be booked through Advice Zone Online.
