What can I do if I’m concerned about my mental wellbeing?

The Wellbeing website is a good place to start. You can find information about the service, self-help resources, urgent help information, and resources to help you manage your mental wellbeing through the coronavirus pandemic. 

If you would like to talk to someone, Wellbeing Advice Appointments are 45-minute sessions conducted via telephone or Microsoft Teams and can be booked through Advice Zone Online.
