I have lost my DBS Disclosure, what can I do?
If you have misplaced your certificate then you will need to complete a new DBS. Please note that you will be required to produce your disclosure at your placements throughout the duration of your course so it is imperative you keep this safe. Please raise a question within Advice Zone Online so we can send a link to the online application form.
