My card payment for tuition has been declined. What does this mean?

If your card payment has been declined, first enter all of your card details and try again. If the problem persists, you may find that:

- If you are making a large payment, your card issuer/bank may be blocking the payment for security reasons.

- You may have exceeded your daily spend limit.

- The payment may be larger than the maximum transaction allowed for your account.

In the above cases, please contact your card issuer/bank who will be able to help you further.
