I have received an email advising my recurring card payment plan has failed an instalment. What does this mean?
If it is the first email you have received (1st failure), the system will automatically try to take the payment again in 5 days. You will not need to pay this instalment yourself in the meantime.
If it is the second email you have received (2nd failure), your card plan will be cancelled. You will need to clear any outstanding balance in full, or set up a payment arrangement via Online Payments.
If your card has expired, you can change the card details of your card payment plan via Online Payments.
