How do I cancel my counselling appointment?
To cancel an appointment, log in to Advice Zone Online, select 'Appointments' and in 'My Booked Appointments' select 'Cancel'.
You can also cancel by contacting the Advice Zone on 01443 482540.
PLEASE NOTE: Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as one of your 6 sessions. If you cancel your appointment, you MUST email the Counselling Service (counselling@southwales.ac.uk) quoting your student ID within 24 hours of the cancellation time to confirm attendance at your following appointment. Without confirmation, you will lose your space and will need to reengage with the Counselling Service by booking a Wellbeing Advice appointment.
