I’m a new student having difficulties enrolling.

If you are an overseas student, special arrangements are in place, which we’ll go through with you in person once you arrive at University. Further information is available here.

If more than two weeks have elapsed since the official start date of your course, you will need to contact the Advice Zone to obtain permission to enrol late.

Make sure your IT account is active – if you can log into UniLife, then it is. If you can’t, you’ll need to contact IT Support.
