I’m having difficulties accessing the Online Results Service – what should I do?
If you are having issues viewing your results you may need to take the following steps:
- Log out of your account
- Clear your browser history (cache)
- Close down your web browser
- Re-open your web browser
- Re-log into your account

Please note: if the official end date of your course is more than 120 days before the results are released, you will not be able to view results.
