How do I update or amend my personal details and why is this important?

The personal details you supplied at enrolment are used on official documentation from the University, including your certificate and transcript at Graduation.

The University often needs to correspond with students via e-mail, telephone or letter, so it’s important that the information on your student record is accurate and up to date.

You should check your University email address regularly as, although some students prefer to use their own personal email accounts, the University will only communicate with you through your University account.

To update details such as your home address, term-time address, work address or personal email, select Your Account on the UniLife homepage and click the Update your details link.

To change personal details that are normally permanent (such as your name or gender), select the button below. Please refer to the Changes to Student Personal Details Policy for more information.
