I need to provide a medical certificate as part of my extenuating circumstances claim, how can I get one?
Medical certificates in support of extenuating claims can only be provided by medical professionals when there has been a significant health problem. GPs will apply charges for this service. Please refer to the Extenuating Circumstances page.
